Blocked in Buenos Aires

FYI......I get the forbidden error page when I access the categories pages in the forum.  I had to use my vpn to see the posts.  Doesnt sound intentional to me since I can see the landing page, just not the posts of any category.  does that make sense?

I live in Ukraine and I get "forbidden" when I try to review the posts/threads as guest. However, the problem disappears once I log in. I assume it is some kind of protection against bots/spammers.

It seems that there is an expired php session in the URL of the category link.  If you refresh the category, even without logging in, then the session will disappear and you can see the posts.  Not a big deal, but probably needs to be corrected. If bots are getting the same error message then rankings could be affected.
