Title: Change NS IP Address

I am still confused, please help me...  :(
Please give me information, what are the things that must be edited if we change the Name Server IP address (NS1 SubDomain & NS2 SubDomain)?

Previous NS IP Address or my VPS IP Address is 198.XXX.XX.217, then I change into 104.XXX.XX.214

Changes I've done in the CWP is:
Edit Nameservers
List DNS Zone -> Edit all Records -> Reload all Zones
Restart BIND DNS Server
Reboot VPS

Until this moment, the new IP Address is not directed/pointed to my domain / NS.  :(
Whether to wait for the process of propagation? yet up to 24 hours, until now approximately only 20 hours.
Kindly advice and assistance. Thanks  :)

Hello.

Have you maybe changed the NS in a domain registrar panel?
If yes, you have to wait 12-72 hours.
