I just payed for a one time support new ticket at https://support.centos-webpanel.com/ and my CC went through but when I try to send the support ticket I get the error "Forbidden, You don't have permission to access this resource."
How do I submit a ticket?

Their sites are still a mess -- half are "centos-webpanel" and half are "control-webpanel":
https://control-webpanel.com/support-services (https://control-webpanel.com/support-services)
links you to:
https://support.centos-webpanel.com/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=0 (https://support.centos-webpanel.com/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=0)
...where you should be able to submit a ticket. You have an account, right?
-
It's completely unbelievable.
This new link refers to support for panel issues.
The thing is that I'm having problems with the LICENSE to use the CWPPro panel, because my server was no longer indicating the CWPPro license, and I posted a ticket on November 26th, and I still haven't received a response.
In other words, I'm paying for the license, and I can't use it.
This is completely unprofessional.
There comes a time when this type of problem starts to get tiresome.

Netino

Yes indeed -- until you start to consider the alternatives...
Did you reach out to Starburst? He has been known to offer temporary Pro activation while you wait for support to sort it out.
Do you have the correct ports open for CWP Pro activation? And you're not blocking any countries with CSF that might interfere?
-
The main problem was PHP-FPM as down, so, fortunately, I could workaround by myself.
The problem was solved by cancel three licenses, and changing IPs between other servers.
But thanks for attention.

I have been waiting for their response for over 2 months and they don't respond.

Post your question here and the community can try to offer you support. No charge.

Poor Support
Response for what?
That is a VERY vague post.
What problem are you having?
-
I am extremely dissatisfied with the support provided. Despite paying for the service monthly, all my requests result in superficial and ineffective responses. I opened a ticket today due to my difficulty in removing malware, and the response was simply a generic link to scanning instructions, completely ignoring the fact that virus and malware removal is explicitly included in the contracted services. Therefore, I cannot recommend this service and I am seriously considering migrating to a provider that offers quality support, commensurate with the value invested.
-
To each his own -- you probably prefer managed support, which is pricier but expect a level of service for the $$. I prefer DIY, which has thus far proven to be cost effective for me, since I've only ever needed 2 paid tickets with CWP's support. And they were helpful & responsive when I needed to change a CWP Pro server's IP address. So no negative experiences here, which is why I continue on with CWP.

Several features are broken, including the installer, which uses outdated software. Hopefully, recent updates will address these issues.
-
The reason for "outdated" software is for compatibility.
You can always upgrade, but not the other way around.
Just like if you have an old script that needs PHP 7.2 or below.
You won't be able to use EL9, as it only works with PHP 7.3 and higher.
Some carts like ZenCart are like this also.

Hello, can someone please help me I changed my VPS and got new IP address. Created a ticket and still no response. I need my pro license changed to my current VPS. Is there a way to do this?
-
Log into the billing area:
https://support.centos-webpanel.com/index.php?rp=/login
and update the IP address there.
-
Thanks alot, I have now solved it..
Also, I seem to be having issues logging in to user accounts, it always says "Failed" when I use the correct credentials. I also notice when I create a domain it throws the error;
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/functions/func_user.php on line 0
Edit:
I am running AlmaLinux 9. Just got a new server and it seems no more CentOS at Contabo only AlmaLinux 9.. I am confused what to do. Only Available options are; Ubuntu, Custom Images (Not sure if I should use this and find a way to install AlmaLinux 8 as OS), Windows Server, debian and Rocky Linux 9.
I've been trying to troubleshoot but nothing yet. I'd appreciate any help.
Thanks again.

Follow the link @cyberspace posted - https://support.centos-webpanel.com/index.php (https://support.centos-webpanel.com/index.php)
Then select once logged in, at the top select Services -> My Services
Look for the IP you have to change, it will be shown under CWPpro.
Then look at the bottom where it says "Change Server IP" and hit the blue submit button.
Give it a couple minutes, and then login to the server with SSH, and run
/scripts/update_cwp
Now when you log back into the CWP panel, it should be all set.
