I bought an annual subscription on May 8th, which was activated just fine and had no issues, then yesterday my panel reverted back to the unpaid version. I confirmed with the datacenter that there was no server or network changes, and the dedicated IP is still unchanged, so there's no reason this should have happened.
I did submit a support ticket (#743419), but the only response was a copy and paste of the installation instructions, and the ticket was closed. Is there any alternative support option? Or should I keep submitting tickets until the problem is fixed?
