Title: database special characters password

I had forgotten but learned the hard way again that you cant have $ in the password.  I wish there would be a prompt reminding us.

It seems in general, CWP doesn't like special characters.

Also, postfix and/or dovecot don't appreciate a password that ends in a period -- it is seen as a terminator signal.
