Hostname and https

Hello,

I can not fix it Hostname SSL.

Hostname: panel.betahostserver.com
panel.betahostserver.com. 14400 IN A 195.201.198.131

My CWP is  CWPpro version: 0.9.8.809

Can somebody explain in detail how to set https on port 2031,2083 and other ports?
Is it important that apache works on 443 port for that?
