Hello i just install cwp and creat account and i upload files . so my question is how to chek the site i havent change dns yet http://serverip/~username

Are you on windows or linux

Change the host file to the server ip address. This should show you what the website looks like before change the dns.

You could create the account as a sub domain of your main account (if you have a domain for it). Then add the domain to the account later.
