How do you set up where users type in a domain name instead of typing an IP address to get access to the admin panel?

simply by using domain name which is pointed to the server

examples
http://domain.com:2030
https://domain.com:2031

Is it the hostname that I have to change? I can't seem to find it.

Point your domain name A Record in your DNS Registrar to server IP.

I did that but it takes me to the Server Test Page instead of the web panel.
