It's really depressing that abandoned projects kept open billing and charging and such incidents are happening. If any project seems to be abandoned, I think they should not keep open the purchase page and show a message about this.

It was a waste of time and money.

It's not 'abandoned'. I don't know how you came to that misinterpretation.

I even sent you a temporary solution the same day (2024-07-09) 7 hours after your original post.

That you never responded to.

That solution did not work as well.

Update:
about 1 month ago I got a single reply after so long saying I was refunded.

But I did not get the refund yet. Nor the license was active. And the server is corrupted or all the sites were down.
I am not blaming them. I actually never should have purchased a license.
