let us know what exactly problem do you have?
If do you need FULL super security server, switch off the internet and  placed in a safety deposit box the server.

Thats best option though .. websites are getting hacked and password for user panel are getting changed ..

a) Check and fix your PHP code. It has a hole(s) and backdoors.
b) Turn on "File System Lock" in the CWP.Admin.
