I just realized that the system has generated an invoice for me from more than a year ago. What happened? It stopped working?
On top of that, they leave me with almost 30 machines without service and, as always, billing without urgent responses.
Either they improve billing support or cwp will never improve...
It's been about 4 hours or more with more than 30 machines down and it seems like they don't care much... what a shame about the panel.

I haven't had a problem with billing, but I only have a handful of machines and pay via PayPal.
-
More than 29 hours to respond to an urgent billing ticket and because I contacted several CWP members through other channels.
In any case, we are already abandoning CWP, since last year, we have been testing HestiaCP and the truth is that it is super stable, you could say that we have not had any problems, unlike CWP, where sometimes the services "break "fall" for no apparent reason.

We are a Reseller, and don't have any problems.
If you are a NOC partner, I'm surprised they aren't responding.
-
It surprises us too, what's more, it's been 2 days without a response again:

As we indicated, this panel seems to be dying and we bet a lot on it.
We have been seeing it for a while, but well, as I say, Hestia surprised us, we already tried it at the time, before starting with CWP and we didn't like it, but after going through CWP, Hestia is a very good option, super stable .

Too bad it only runs on Debian.
When your network has all RHEL-based servers, it would be a major pain in the [bleep] to change over.
So far we actually have CWP running on 7 AlmaLinux 9.x production servers.
The rest are still AlmaLinux 8.x.

Today they responded to me, after 7/8 days, at least it has already helped me to reduce licenses.
In the next update, we will remove all references to CWP. For our part, we have ended our relationship with CWP. Good luck to those who remain.

Thanks. I've been having quite good luck so far.

Ditto. :)
