Can i host multiple websites on one centos web panel server?

Add more domains/subdomains then point them to the folder you want to serve.

You have to do that from admin panel.

8==D it's a function that try to compare 8 (int) against D (string) which returns True or False depending on the asker.

You would firstly need to set up packages to allow a user to host X amount of websites, secondly create a user account and assign the package to that user.
