Migrate from Cpanel to CWP

Hi,

Are there any tools of step by steps for moving from Cpanel to CWP on the same server.

IE I dont want to get a second server and move all the accounts one by one etc....  I want to install CWP on the same server as cpanel to take over the manegement and remove cpanel.

Just to clarify......  I have about 150 websites on the server, so I am not looking for "migrate a website" which is what everyone is talking about elsewhere. this is cpanel out and CWP in.

I would not recommend that option, since there may be many associated problems, the time it would take to solve these would be much more than installing CWP on a new server and migrating the accounts
