Hey, 50Mbps is not normal for SSD or nVME. But nobody knows which disks you use except you ;)

if your provider said the 50Mbit/s is the normal speed I would recommend you change the provider xD

50MB/sec is likely from a very loaded RAID array shared amongst many VPS users, using older disk technology. They are likely overselling and over-provisioning users to get as many accounts on a single server as possible. Most providers nowadays are using SSDs unless you need a LOT of online storage, which then makes more sense to use "spinning rust." But then again, I'm running my own servers at a colocation facility, so I have RAID SSDs and backup HDs tuned to my configuration needs! So I/O blocking is not so much an issue for me.

Which country? You can get a used 2012 Mac mini (space for 2x SATA SSD) with 16GB RAM and have it co-located here in the US for $50/mo at MacStadium or CyberLynk (MacMiniVault). You don't have to run macOS as the host OS -- you can run VMware ESXi or a Linux with KVM if you want to run VM(s). Or bare metal CentOS even!

which country? Indonesia of course :D
when hosting user does not understand about SSD (like me)
they (provider) selling the old SSD with raid and million users inside it :D
