disk r/w io speed

i use dd to test my drive r/w and the speed avg at 50-60MB/s is that ok ? or i should change the provider ?

anyone?

update
my old vps run with dd info 50-60MB/s for 1G file size
and i found vps with dd info 90++ av up tp 15-200 MB/s for 1G file size

now i move to that vps.

but i still need info
50-60MB/s is this normal speed ?

50MB/sec is likely from a very loaded RAID array shared amongst many VPS users, using older disk technology. They are likely overselling and over-provisioning users to get as many accounts on a single server as possible. Most providers nowadays are using SSDs unless you need a LOT of online storage, which then makes more sense to use "spinning rust." But then again, I'm running my own servers at a colocation facility, so I have RAID SSDs and backup HDs tuned to my configuration needs! So I/O blocking is not so much an issue for me.

Which country? You can get a used 2012 Mac mini (space for 2x SATA SSD) with 16GB RAM and have it co-located here in the US for $50/mo at MacStadium or CyberLynk (MacMiniVault). You don't have to run macOS as the host OS -- you can run VMware ESXi or a Linux with KVM if you want to run VM(s). Or bare metal CentOS even!

when hosting user does not understand about SSD (like me)
they (provider) selling the old SSD with raid and million users inside it
