New cwp installation, do you recommend installing centos 7 or Stream 8?

Currently I have a server with cpanel and I would like to use cwp for production too, but I'm in doubt if I install it on centos 7 or Stream 8?

if you plant to use CWP secure kernel then CentOS 7 is your choice

centos 8 stream have its own benefits when you like to use latest packages and security benefits, newer OS have its own security and performance benefits,

and if you like isolated environment by using secure kernel stick with centos 7/el7 as @studio4host said.

Thanks, Sandeep and studio 4host! I installed it on stream 8 so far it's perfect, I've seen many complaining about the panel and so far I just have to congratulate all the developers...
