Password Recovery for Admin account

Newbie here, I didn't see a forum for dumb mistakes.

It appears I have failed to save the admin login for my setup.

I feel stupid. How can I get myself in to my set up?

cwp admin password is the root password...if you don't even have ssh access than you will need to request your server provider to reset the root password
