not able to open the admin panel

Please help us to solve following issue:
While we are opening the admin panel its saying "502 Bad Gateway

cwpsrv"

And while checking the logs file ( /usr/local/cwpsrv/logs/error_log) its giving following error . Please help.
connect() to unix:/usr/local/cwp/php71/var/sockets/cwpsrv.sock failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 202.144.156.244, server: localhost, request: "GET /admin/loader.php?func=get_top_short&_=1512017521704 HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/usr/local/cwp/php71/var/sockets/cwpsrv.sock:", host: "hostname:2031", referrer: "https://hostname:2031/admin/index.php?load=update"

I am having the same issue in two servers out of three. Tried everything but no luck. Hope Centos webpanel would come to rescue

Hello, I am facing the same issue.

Here is the entry from /usr/local/cwp/php71/var/log/php-fpm.log


[25-Feb-2018 09:37:08] ERROR: [pool career] cannot get uid for user 'career'
[25-Feb-2018 09:37:08] ERROR: FPM initialization failed


Can anyone please help me regarding this?

delete the file career.conf from /usr/local/cwp/php71/etc/php-fpm.d/users
then
systemctl start cwp-phpfpm

don't remove accounts manually from the shell, you need to use cwp if you want that all configuration is cleared and that other services don't get an issue.
