CWP vs kernelcare vs yum-cron

Is there any potential for conflict (kernel panic) between CWP and kernelcare, assuming that CWP is applying its own kernel patches?
If CWP is applying kernel patches does it require server reboot or is it like kernelcare bootless patching?

Is CWP automatically applying yum packages or is good practice to run yum-cron?
