Somebody knows how to contact the support, tickets get not read, emails to support are not answered

Support tickets are usually promptly acted on if you provide sufficient details, in my experience. But I've only had a few occasions to need support, esp. earlier on in my CWP journey. Mostly self-sufficient these days!

You're right about technical support, but in my actual case, I try to get the Billing Department
I opened the ticket 2 days ago, is still not read.
