Title: Suspended user

Please can someone explain to me how suspending a user works , if i suspend a user it blocks login to the "client" panel and redirects the website , but allows you to delete the .htaccess redirect from an ftp account other than the panel user , which re enables the website , or maybe im expecting it to do something it wasn't designed to do , can it block all access to all services that user has , ie website access,ftp,mail,panel login ?

Login as root, and then click List Account.
To suspend an account, you can click suspend button in respectively account
