Title: Waiting on billing

Hi,

I paid for a one-month license via cryptocurrency a month ago. The payment is still showing as unpaid, and the billing department hasn't replied in three days.

What should I do? Is this control panel lacking support?

Same is here, I have 2 opened tickets a week ago and no one replied to me

Crypto payments are sometimes tricking, if they payment gets picked up or not. Depending on which processor you are using.

PayPal is the best route for fast payment & for the WHMCS system to process.
