filezilla and putty show my public html as user user.  cwp gui says root root. fix permissions did not fix it.  obstinent

Should be username:username, 755 permissions. r00t should not own any public HTML directories.

I know, thats my whole point.  cwp says root root  even though putty and cli confirm username username.
