WHMCS Account creating problem. CSS broken
« on: May 01, 2021, 04:42:01 AM »
So, after so many months of testing and using my server for my own production environment, suddenly, creating users via WHMCS has some issues inside CWP.

After account creation, upon logging in the user, this is how it looks like.

It's fine when creating a user in the normal way.

After so many months of creating users via WHMCS, then it became this. Anyone knows the problem?

It's still not fixed since creating new users are still broken.

Although I find it weird that it gets fixed when you go to User Accounts > Feature, Themes, Languages > Themes Tab > Then click Save Theme default.

Perhaps the theme does not load when a user is created using API.

Same problem here. I'm in the final WHMCS configuration step, and that happens.

Comparing the source code between an account created via API (broken CSS) and an account created by the panel (perfect CSS), I realized that the css directory created via api is "/user/cwp_theme/EN/css", a directory that does not it exists, while in the creation by the panel it is "/user/cwp_theme/ORIGINAL/css".

It probably has something to do with the default account language setting.

In the hope that someone will solve this, because I don't know how to do it for now.

I actually have a ticket already and support is very responsive.
Unfortunately, it's still not solved even when he said he has solved it.

Workaround is to go to your template setting and simply hit save.
User Accounts > Feature, Themes, Languages > Themes Tab >

I will just wait for more updates.
