problem redirect access

Hello, configure a new domain, install letsencript ssl but when I write https://eldominio.com:2083 noc it loads the ssl it shows a security error such as that the certificate is self-signed, with the web if it works, what should I do for anything It works after the domain accepts the installed ssl certificate.
