Title: 0.3 wont turn on

After installing version 0.3 (over 0.2), the server does not want to turn on.

installation is for clean server, this is not update! Update will be in avaliable in web panel.

"THIS IS NOT UPDATE, DO NOT INSTALL OVER 0.2/0.1"  xD
