Title: Add domain, without ww cant work

hello

im new using CWP

after fresh install and i like the GUI

but

when i add a domain from add acount

the domain can connect without www
ex : www.domain.com < its works
but : domain.com< wont works

anyone know how to solve it?

have you created account without www or with www ?
You should always make accounts without www, since www will be automatically added

first i create with WWW
after that i remove the WWW and make new one without www

but still same, with www the domain is connected
without www cant open the pages

IS your domain pointing to your server via A records or via NS record ?

excellent question, if you don't use your server for the nameserver then you will need to check on the nameservers that you have an A record for www to.
