New CWP7 installation with cPanel backup imported, every page of CWP very slow

Hello,

VPS Configuration:
1 vCPU
2 GB RAM
CentOS 7

I have installed CWP7 on the above VPS and imported cPanel backup. The restore was successful but every page of CWP7 is loading very slowly. I have tried restarting the sever but no luck.
The putty connection to the VPS is also very slow and disconnects randomly.

I would like to mention that the VPS have a high inodes count (around 250,000). Please, help me with this.

whats the current load ?

Turn off ClamAV and any spam filters you have running.  2GB of ram isn't really enough to run "everything"
