hi everyone,
I've purchased a licence for CWP Pro and my server is not getting updated.
Here is what I get

What IP addresses are assigned to that server?

If you Base IPv4 matches what's in the system.
Try running:
/scripts/update_cwp

login here https://support.centos-webpanel.com/index.php?rp=/login and input your ip then run the command again.

Already done so... Nothing changed unfortunatelly and no one from support responds.

I added your IP (192.119.111.125) to our partner account (temporarily).
Run
/scripts/update_cwp
You should have CWPpro now. ;)

This seem like it's been abandoned, so I'll go ahead and remove the IP.

Well I removed your IP from ours back in February, since I didn't receive any replies.
And now it is 6 months later, and your posting the exact same message, makes me wonder if you are an AI bot.
What distro are you running CWP on?
Is the server behind a NAT?
Not sure what you keep posting the same over and over by I am running all sorts of commands but nothing happens.
All you need to run is:
/scripts/update_cwp

Is 192.119.111.125 the Public Base IP for the server?
If so, that is the IP you want to use in the control panel for the license.
IF you have a different Public IP as the base, then that one needs to be used.
