Hi I purchased a NOC license more than 48 hours ago and have not had a confirmation on my order. I am not able to activate my servers.

I submitted a ticket to billing but have had no reply in days.
I would assume that std licenses are automated and noc licenses may take longer to review but days? We are in a very fast passed industry and response time can make or break. I feel you have a great product and have a chance to compete against cp but if I cant get a response to an order it gives me pause and wonder if this is the right product.

Submit 2 tickets, 1 to billing, and 1 to support thru the interface.

In the support ticket, reference the billing ticket #.
They are usually pretty good, and pricing is usually based on how many IP's are in your IP allocation.
(e.g. a /16 is probably going to be way more than a /24)

They are pretty good, if you do what I mentioned.

Sales tickets seem to get lower priority than they should.
We always try & plan 30 days out with anything we do provision wise. Which is always a good rule of thumb with any providers.
