cloud google cannot seting dns and ip

help me please  cloud google cannot seting dns and ip

i use google cloud computer .
i do not understand about server ip
i can not login ftp
please guide or edit to me.

BIND DNS Server      failed

For convenience, it should be display the shared IP, not the private IP, because the client doesn't access the server from the private IP. How can I change this information on panel, or how can I set Server IP as shared IP?
