Hello,

I have paid for a copy of CWPro and have not received any instructions on how to activate, I have paid for a full year. Would you be able to advise how I activate it on my server please? If it is not ready yet, could I have the payment refunded? Regards.

You should receive that in 24h, if not, write to support.
I received that after 3h from payment.

My CWPro has been deactivated and after talking to support and sending over my server details, they have stopped responding. If this is not resolved soon, I may issue a chargeback as I paid for a year.

You better wait for more time to get your problem resolved, with or without "pro", your server will work.

I have waited for 4 days. They were very responsive at first, they asked me to send them server details, I did. Anyway, it was CWPro and now it is not, so what else can I do.

There was no ticket number, I sent it via the contact form and got a reply through e-mail.

Me too no mail, but I think is activated

CWP info -- CWPpro version: 0.9.8.133
