Title: domain doesn't show in domain list

I have installed CWP on a brand new server. Create one domain and it doesn't show. Tried again and it says the domain already exist. It was added twice in the named.comf as well as in the vhost. Delete at both places and it still says domain exists. How to completely clean this phantom domain. Thanks

Try look under

(yoururl)/admin/index.php?module=list_accounts
