Cant issue SSL Cert

Hello when trying to AutoSSL my domain i get this error
[Fri Mar 23 16:51:28 CST 2018] Installing from online archive.
[Fri Mar 23 16:51:28 CST 2018] Downloading
https://github.com/Neilpang/acme.sh/archive/master.tar.gz
AutoSSL Issue Failed!sh: /root/.acme.sh/acme.sh: No such file or directory
Can anyone help me with this? The link is valid so i dont know why it isnt working on my server

you will probably need to contact cwp support since installation is failed, you can do that by using the contact form on the cwp site.

What domain are you trying to install AutoSSL for? Is it for the hostname? If so, then AutoSSL won't work for you that I know of. However, if it's for a different domain on the server, then it shouldn't be downloading the master.tar.gz to your /root/ folder in the first place. The .acme.sh/acme.sh I thought should be on the folder for the domain. So that's very odd.
Check with CWP support, and even pay the $7 one time support if you want expedited support.
