Install Error

Hi all,
I'm installing CentOS web panel to a new VPS
New VPS's features:
Operating System:CentOS 6 64bit
Memory:2 GB
VSwap:1024 MB
Disk Space:100 GB
Bandwidth:1000 GB


I am getting the following error:

what is your centos server language?, CWP is using English only.

My server language is English
i use this openvz template

I guess this is duplicated question by same guy
