Sorry to sound negative but why would you even consider installing CentOS 6 now? C7 minimum with C8 a future possibility.

Use CentOS 7. CentOS 6 is too old and many things will not be integrated to the version.

There too many issues could be and I would not use CentOS 6 in 2021
