Title: Limit server resources (cgroups) seems that aren't being honored.

Hello guys,

We have an CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1180 on a CentOS7 and we try fix the limits.
But seems that the limit that we are adding aren't being actually honored.
Any ideas?
