Cannot download CWP installation files

Hello,

I have try install many times. But when the installation script reach to download cwp-services.zip, the installation cant continue as it continue to wait response. I have tried 3 times and the problem persist. Please help
This is from my installation:

It seems like you have a problem with the network. I can't see the problem from my side
