@overseer, did you see the public beta for CWP on AlmaLinux 9 is available?

I think you can use ELevate to go from CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux 9.

Maybe this new fancy common core math?  :o

Yup, you are right. Can only ELevate after you've gone up to CentOS 8.4 or higher. :/

I can not install Alma directly?

You mean I have to use this

and install Centos 8 and then update it to

 When I use these commands
cd /usr/local/src
wget http://centos-webpanel.com/cwp-el8-latest
sh cwp-el8-latest

How does it recognize to install CentOS 8/stream, Alma Linux, or Rocky Linux?

From scratch, the CWP script automatically queries your OS.
