pure-ftpd dead but subsys locked

Hi,
After installation cwp I get this error pure-ftpd dead but subsys locked
Tried to stop and start but it doesnt work.
What I have to do  fix this error ? any solution?

Server information;  Centos 6.8 x32
Apache version: Apache/2.4.25
PHP version: 5.6.30
MySQL version: 10.1.22-MariaDB
FTP version: 1.0.45
CWP version: 0.9.8.203
Distro Name: CentOS release 6.9 (Final)
Kernel Version: 2.6.32-642.13.1.el6.i686
Platform: i686 [kvm]

i am getting this error

for start please use 64bit version of centos 6 or use centos 7

try this fix:

yum install pure-ftpd --disablerepo=cwp

problem was not fix

you need to contact support then for check
