Try Install 8 and 9 all stuck in middlle

I am almost give up I try install fresh centos 8, 9 alma linux 8, 9 all same stuck at the middle like installed phpmyadmin or else

Can anyone advice me step by step to fresh install I have 5 old server with centos 7 and running all well BUT yes can not update I have a few website that needed MariaDB 10.6 I try to upgrade and also failed make me have to reinstall the vps again and again

Go with AlmaLinux 8 for production use for now. Do not use the minimal version. Install CWP, then update MariaDB according to your needs.

I think the op stated that he tried to install alma linux 8 and 9 and they both failed.  Or did I not understand?

After the image, the CWP script installs everything else.

To update MariaDB afterwards, it can NOT be done thru dnf, or that will corrupt the server.

Just replace 10.11 with the 10.6 info when you create the MariaDB.repo

Yes I mean can not install from the scratch the installer is error in the middle

Do you have a screenshot of where it locks up at?

Or is this a local box?
