Sever reboot and can't reach the sever IP anymore.

I am very new to CWP.
I follow a tutorial how to add SSL and rebooted the sever.
In CWP setting >> reboot sever,
I chose the 1st option. I guess it's something called "reboot now".

when I type the sever IP and it doesn't show up anything.
I wait for an hour and still can't open it.
Please help me.

try checking with your server provider if the server is online also try checking if the ping and ssh connection works before
