Lost server access after iptables -F

As the subject suggests, I was adding rules to the iptables but it didn't work, then to reset it, I used iptables - F command and now I can't even access the server(I only had remote access via SSH and CWP).

Please suggest me what to do and how to fix it?

I want remote SSH and CWP access back along with all websites up again. All I can do is now ask system administrator to take action on it but he doesn't know abcd of the Linux, so I've to provide him clear instructions to perform on the server. Please help me with the same.
