Delete the account in the new server to start all over again.

Make sure to check dns zones if that zone exists before starting a new migration

I was did it before and did it once again but no chance to remigration! Here you can see all has green check mark like all got transferred successful and if i click on "start migration" nothing will be migrate.

You need to delete the account you migrated and migrate again. You cannot overwrite it again because the existing account has been transferred.
