CWP To CWP (TOKEN API Contact support)

Hi;

All settings were made according to the instructions. Port and ip tests were done over ssh. No problem.
Migrate multiple CWP server accounts, Remote Server Information It gives an error even though the information is entered.

Error API TOKEN
There is a problem with your TOKEN API Contact support

everything is correct.
what will I do?

I'm having this same issue, nearly 2 years later. Anyone have any advice how to fix it?

Can you check if the cwp api ports are open and have ssh access from the cwp server to the cpanel server

Temporarily disable the CSF firewall on both servers. Enable root login in / etc / ssh / sshd_config (normally not needed as you can accomplish anything with sudo) and restart sshd. Also try a shorter root password -- in the past I wasn't able to migrate CWP accounts if the r00t user has too complex of a password!

You need TCP/2304 listed in your TCP_IN & TCP_OUT in CSF.

Or as @overseer suggested, just temporarily disable the firewall on both servers.
