Migration of server

Not sure if this is the right spot to ask this.
I now have one computer setup with Centos 6 & CWP.
Now i want to prepare a new dedicated computer (server) to be online 24/7.
Is there any way i can migrate my temporary setup to the new server and copy all the stuff without losing any data?
