Migration from Plesk 12.5 or Plesk Onyx

Good morning.
 I would like to ask if there is any script or addon for plesk 12.5 or Plesk Onyx in order to migrate accounts / subscriptions in a new Centos 7.3 server? We are interest especially for clients'  emails accounts and passwords.

Another question is if in an existing (online) Centos 7.3 server where already run plesk Onyx,  is possible in the same server to install CWP in order to monitoring accounts and manage accounts / subscriptions.

If this possible then we will delete plesk and we will use directly CWP.

Any idea is welcome.
