Title: 403 Error

I installed Mod Security with OWASP rules, but when I access the website, it shows a 403 error. I followed the official CWP7 guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pll0GUpSJ_Y, but I could not find my IP in the log. Why is this happening, and how can I fix the 403 error?

Did you follow Starburst's guides to update Mod Security and the OWASP ruleset?
