After mod_security enabled I am getting suspicious file alerts

Hello,

I am getting my mail spammed with suspicious file alerts when mod security is enabled. The message contains:

lfd on server5.desk4host.com: Suspicious File Alert

Time:   Sat Nov 14 10:10:21 2015 -0500
File:   /tmp/geoip-1.0.8/tests/001.phpt
Reason: Script, file extension
Owner:  shoutcast:games (501:20)
Action: No action taken

Time:   Sat Nov 14 10:10:21 2015 -0500
File:   /tmp/geoip-1.0.8/tests/008.phpt

Time:   Sat Nov 14 10:10:21 2015 -0500
File:   /tmp/geoip-1.0.8/tests/009.phpt


Please guide me how to solve this thing. Thanks in advance...
