I'm using wordpress and when I want to send any file, the error message is "the uploaded file can not be moved to wp-content / uploads / 2016/05." Already efetuei Fix Permissions and continued to not give permission.

how you're trying to move/copy the contents ?
ftp, sftp or ssh ?

In CWP.admin/File Management/Advanced File Manager as root
