Title: Cannot create db

I cannot create a database using panel. When I create a database system that says "Data Entered", but the database does not show up in "List Databases and Users" page

Before implementing it CWP I installed MYSQL. I can only access the PHPMyAdmin using the root account.

Please give me advice?

you will need to check that you have a correct password in file
/root/.my.cnf
